This just in... It's RAINING in Southern California. The local media are going crazy doing stories about the terrible floods that are going to sweep us into the ocean. Meanwhile, the camera shows a drizzle falling behind the reporter while shots of the pavement show individual raindrops spattering on the surface.
I just thought the people in the Northwest and along the Mississippi might like a laugh about now.
